REFUND & EXCHANGE

 

 

No refund on any item.

Exchange is available only with clothings if notified in writing to bm.london.designerbanu@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving our item, upon our confirmation of receiving your email you must then ensure the item is sent back to us in the same condition within 7 business days. Brown Mermaids will not be responsible for shipping costs for refunds. Once we receive the item back and subject to our assessment, a refund value of the item will be deposited back within 14 working days. 

If we provided complimentary shipping (standard 2nd class, next day or International shipping  charge) will be deducted from total refund. And for any exchange request additional shipping charge will be applied and must be received before we ship out the exchanged goods. 

Failure to notify us of a refund within 48 hours or if items are not received within 7 business days (10 business days for international orders) a refund will be refused.

Exchange are not available for the following items:

*Jewellery

*hair accessories 

*cosmetics

*perfumes

*Items containing earrings (for hygiene purposes)

*Any customised items

*Sale items

 

Tracking:

UK: 

Standard delivery: 2nd class via royal mail. Tracking will not be available for this service. A reference for proof of shipping can be provided. Additional service of next day and next day Saturday service can be applied with tracking. 

Claim time for lost items must be made at least 10 working days after the item's due delivery date for royal mail tracked items, the claim time is 7 working days and for special guaranteed items, its 5 working days. 

As per seller rights we as a business have 21 days to investigate with Royal Mail. If we cannot locate recipients parcel/s we will raise a claim with royal mail and aim to process a refund by day 30 to the recipient. 

If proof can be provided via tracking that parcel has been delivered, claim will be denied. & we will close investigation with royal mail. 

 

International parcels:

Standard delivery: tracking will not be provided.

 Estimate delivery:

Europe: estimated 3-5 working days from date of posting and not when ordered.

Others: estimated 8-9 working days.
