REFUND & EXCHANGE

A refund is available if notified in writing to brownmermaidslondon@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving our item, upon our confirmation of receiving your email you must then ensure the item is sent back to us in the same condition within 7 business days. Brown Mermaids will not be responsible for shipping costs for refunds. Once we receive the item back and subject to our assessment, a refund value of the item will be deposited back within 14 working days. Failure to notify us of a refund within 48 hours or if items are not received within 7 business days (10 business days for international orders) a refund will be refused.
